1. Purpose and scope
KeyboxHub is a community-operated technical resource intended only for legitimate interoperability testing, security research, education, device administration, and lawful development. These terms govern access to the Hub, Checker, Status, shared files, metadata, APIs, and related public services.
2. Ownership and intellectual property
The KeyboxHub name, interface, source code, documentation, selection and arrangement of content, security controls, and original materials remain the property of their respective owners. Third-party trademarks, Android, Google, Play Integrity, OEM names, certificates, and components remain the property of their respective rights holders. No ownership is transferred to you.
3. Limited permission
You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to access public community resources for personal, educational, research, testing, or other lawful non-commercial purposes. This permission does not include a right to resell, sublicense, mirror, repackage, mass-distribute, or commercially exploit community assets without prior written authorization.
4. Prohibited conduct
You must not use KeyboxHub or any distributed material to violate law, evade lawful controls, compromise systems or accounts, impersonate devices or people, deceive users, distribute malware, interfere with third-party services, infringe rights, facilitate unauthorized access, or conceal abusive activity. Automated scraping, bulk harvesting, credential sharing, rate-limit bypass, security-control circumvention, and attempts to extract or enumerate protected collections are prohibited.
5. Platform, OEM, and service restrictions
You are responsible for compliance with Google, Android, Play Integrity, device-manufacturer, carrier, application, employer, and service-provider rules that apply to you. KeyboxHub does not authorize conduct prohibited by a platform or third party. Corporate deployment, OEM integration, resale, managed-device distribution, or use in production security decisions requires independent authorization from the relevant rights holders.
6. Submitted and shared material
Only submit material you are legally permitted to share. You represent that your submission does not contain unlawfully obtained data, personal information, secrets belonging to another party, malware, or content that infringes rights. Community submissions may be processed, fingerprinted, checked, published, removed, quarantined, or blocked to protect the service and its users. Do not submit anything that must remain confidential.
7. Security, monitoring, and access control
To protect users and infrastructure, KeyboxHub may apply abuse prevention, rate limits, automated classification, integrity checks, logging, fraud detection, access restrictions, temporary bans, and permanent suspension. Security mechanisms must not be probed, bypassed, disabled, or used to identify protected users or resources except through an explicitly authorized security-testing program.
8. No warranty
The service and all files are provided as-is and as-available. No guarantee is made regarding accuracy, authenticity, legality, compatibility, availability, lifespan, non-revocation, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation. A file or status result may become invalid, unavailable, blocked, or changed without notice.
9. Assumption of risk and limitation of liability
You are solely responsible for evaluating material before use, maintaining backups, protecting devices and accounts, and complying with applicable rules. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KeyboxHub contributors and operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or economic loss, loss of data, account action, device failure, service interruption, or third-party claims arising from access or use.
10. Enforcement, changes, and termination
Access may be refused, limited, or terminated at any time when necessary for security, legal compliance, service integrity, or community protection. Terms may be updated with the platform version. Continued use after an updated acceptance request constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing law and disputes
Unless mandatory local law requires otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and disputes are subject to the competent courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul.
12. Acceptance
By selecting Accept and continue, accessing the service, downloading material, submitting content, or using an API, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use KeyboxHub.
